A selection of images of Thwaite Mills Watermill. Located two miles from Leeds City Centre, this is a stone crushing mill from the 1800’s which is now a living history machine. It’s a gorgeous industrial setting, surrounded by a tranquil nature reserve. The sound of the huge waterwheels in action is surprisingly soothing.
