Dead Spaces
These rooms that stand empty and ruined once buzzed with life, commerce, the thrilling air of ambition. They have become a kind of memento mori to the dreams that chase money. There’s no way to be sure of what they will become now. Perhaps they are already home to the life that rushes in to fill the spaces where humans have failed. If so, that is a kind of hope for the future.
